Fiona's Little Leapers is a children's activity centre. When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect and use some of your personal information. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.

When you submit a booking request we collect:

• Your child's first name and age

We do not collect payment details, addresses, or any other personal information through our website.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your booking request
• Confirm session availability and next steps
• Contact you with information relevant to your booking

We will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or share it with third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically to respond to a booking request you have actively submitted. We only collect the minimum information necessary to do so.

How long we keep your data

We retain booking enquiry information for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. If you become a regular customer, we may retain relevant information for as long as your account is active, after which it will also be deleted.
